Bingo frustration
Earlier in the year I won £15 playing Gala Bingo and earned an extra £12.50 cashback to make it a profitable and entertaining couple of hours. I found an offer today with another online Bingo site that was offering £50 cashback for signing up and playing through £50, plus they would match my deposit giving me £100 to play with.
This sounded too good to be true, and unfortunately it sort of was as I had to wager the deposit and bonus funds twice before I could withdraw. Some disappointing runs of bad luck meant the £100 was reduced to less than £20 by the time I had completed the wagering requirements. With the cashback offsetting my £50 deposit this should have left me with a small profit.
However, this particular Bingo site has a minimum withdrawal value of £30 so I did not have enough funds to make a withdrawal. This meant my only option was to continue playing and hope I could bring my balance up to £30. Unfortunately this plan wasn’t particularly successful and my balance was soon reduced to zero!
Thankfully the cashback cancels out the £50 I lost playing Bingo but I won’t receive that for another couple of months so for now I am £50 down. Whilst I may not have made a profit, playing Bingo did keep me entertained for a couple of hours and for free assuming I get paid the cashback.
