Free £10 for playing PaddyPower games

I received an email from PaddyPower last week offering me a free £10 to play with on their games site simply for clicking a link in there email. Seemed too good an opportunity to turn down so I gave Blackjack a go.

In total I played 11 games at a £1 a go, winning 4 and losing 7 (I’m clearly not that good at the game!). This left me with £6.40 in my account which I tried to withdraw as a little bonus for my MillionaireAdventure pot. Unfortunately this is where the real games begun…

The withdrawal failed and told me to contact customer services so I fired off an email to find out what was wrong. A prompt reply came back saying I had not transferred all my free bonus to my games account so could not withdraw.

The funds were sitting in my Sportsbook account so I punted the lot on a Chelsea win last weekend which increased my balance upto £8 only to discover that I could still not withdraw as the minimum withdrawal is £10.

Having been successful at matched betting last week I decided to back Chelsea to win again tonight, with an offsetting bet on Betfair to ensure either way that I would get some of this money. As Chelsea lost I have lost the free £8 in my PaddyPower account but I have gained £7.64 on Betfair.
