Every little helps

Had to do the regular online food shop again tonight and managed to save 85p by switching from a premium brand of Orange juice to the supermarket own brand and £1.13 from MySupermarket’s suggestion to swap Ariel for Persil as the later was on special offer.

Whilst £1.98 may not sound like a massive saving if I save just that amount every fortnight that’s over £50 for the year for giving up nothing as I’m sure the Orange juice will taste exactly the same and I wouldn’t have a clue what the difference between Ariel and Persil is!

Also managed to find another £5 voucher online which more than covers the delivery cost but as I have already written I am no longer counting that as a saving as its not a real saving as I could do my shopping myself for free anyway.
