Amazon Price Drop Refund

I purchased a Sat-Nav for my other half from Amazon last month so you can imagine my frustration last week when I received an email from them advertising their new lower price for the exact same product.

Fortunately whilst researching a money saving article a few weeks before I had read about Amazon refunding price drops within 28 days if you email their customer services dept. So that’s exactly what I did and within a couple of hours I had a reply agreeing to refund me £16.53.
