Quick matched betting offer

Having spent the last month trying to break out of a huge wagering requirement I was looking for a bookie that would give me a quick win this time. Fortunately I found a bookie that was offering to match a £25 deposit with no wagering requirements.

The odds on offer were not great for finding good matched bets, but I only had to bet my £25 deposit once before I was credited with another £25. Then it was simply a case of betting the bonus before I could withdraw a £22.19 profit for less than an hours work. This is how matched betting should be done!

Last month I signed up with another online bookie to continue my matched betting adventure. They offered to match 50% off my first deposit so I signed up, deposited my £150 and waited for the bonus to be credited.

My account was credited with another £75 in a few hours and I set about placing my first matched bets (check out this post if you don’t know what I mean by matched betting). I had another read of the T&Cs to check there were no minimum odds requirements and it was only then that I realised there was a requirement to stake the initial deposit and bonus 5 times before any withdrawal could be made. Playboy Casino is rapidly becoming my favourite site on the web, and not just because of those lovely playmates. How they make money I have no idea as they seem to just keeping on throwing money at their customers, not that you’ll hear me complaining.

Football crazy

Following last weeks success in picking 7 correct outcomes in the Football Pools I went into this weekend optimistic that I would do well. This optimism was clearly misplaced as results went against me and I was only able to score 3 out of 10.

So based on this weeks performance it doesn’t look like I will be winning the £20,000 top prize in their Premier10 game anytime soon!

But I only need to get 8 out of 10 correct twice to make a profit, and with the amount of time I spend watching football that should be easy, right?

Football is back and so is the Football Pools

It’s been 97 long days since the football season finished back in May and with no home nations involved in Euro 2008 it’s about time we had some domestic football to watch again.

Football is not the only thing that has returned today, the Football Pools is back having re-invented itself with an online game that is run alongside the traditional paper coupon version.
